Stoughton Steel will replace your product for up to 30 days. Or if you choose, a full refund will be offered within 14 days from the date of purchase. This return policy applies to any item that is found to be defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to the instructions.
Please note: Minor imperfections, surface markings or damage as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or use in a commercial establishment.
